  1. i meant to say try being differnt..i look at your clothes and its basic. forever 21 is what i see. and you wear way to much makeup. you should work on those agin eyes

  2. its an opinion. if you cant handle opinions than dont waste your time and blog. smh

  3. I see you read my tweets. Good.

I agree that it is all your opinion but maybe formulating your comments differently would make your opinion sound more of a critique and not an attack.

But like I tweeted, it’s just my style. Basic to you, classic to me.

Wait, how exactly do I work on my eyes? Elaborate.

    Thanks for commenting.

  4. we arent 12. i dont need to filter what i have to say to you. its a blog. and im entitled to my opinion. maybe you should be more confident and not allow peoples opinions validate you. stop being so sensitive. and i was just sayin for someone who blogs about makeup alot, under your eyes look like a 50 year olds. so cover that up 🙂

  5. Yup, that’s what happens when you don’t get enough sleep. Wearing concealer under my eyes would be adding more make up. And after all, you said I already wear too much.

  6. Gosh you’re quick! But yes, I’ve been told that’s one of my downfalls. Working on it. Also new to this blogging thing. You’re my first really opinionated commentor and I ain’t mad at that!

  7. well whoever this karen girl is knows nothing so chile please lol. how do you get your nails to grow. i used to bite them and now that im tryin to grow them they look so awkward. any advice?

  8. Carver The Great Reply

i like your style, i think it’s a breath of fresh air being that you’re creative and trying not to do what’s already being done.

  9. Hey, whoever you are above, you forgot to log out as “karen” and sign in as who you are.

I actually don’t like my nails long so I’m not exactly sure how to get the nails to grow. But there are several nail polishes that advertise nail growth that you can try.

  10. you have such nice style. whats your inspiration? and where do you shop

  11. Thank you!

I love free-flowing clothes. I love dresses and skirts. Basically, I don’t like restrictive clothing (unless their shorts like above). I love colors, patterns and prints. But I also a classic look. Inspiration: Audrey Hepburn.

I shop at Forever 21, H&M and Banana Republic mostly. You don’t have to spend a lot of money to look nice. But you do need to know how to organize pieces to create a look that is unique to you. I may buy cheap clothing but I style it up so that it doesn’t appear so. You don’t have to break the bank to look cute.

    I hope that helps.

  12. Miss Lucy-
I feel when ppl try to be different thats when the end up looking foolish. Your style is true to yourself and relatable. You do and wear what you want/like and thats what makes it YOUR style. When you start TRYING to be DIFFERENT then you’ll be in for a disaster! I love your blog and the “relatablilty factor” that it has! Keep up the good work!

  13. yes it did help..thank u so much for bein humble n tellin me ur fashion secrets..since its a new season im guessin its not cool to sport the orange n pinks anymore..so what color nail polishes do u advise?

    • I love nail polish. I don’t wear them according to season. Actually I don’t think there’s a rule for that. If there is, it should be broken. Change your color to what looks best on you. I’m wearing a dark pink color now. And orange is an awesome color. If you want to go by season, maybe try a deeper shade of orange. It’s whatever YOU like.
