Happiness will be a continual pursuit.
I was happy 87% of the challenge. That in itself is a success for me.
There is so much in life to be happy about.
Happiness is a CHOICE. Never let anyone steal your joy.
Don’t keep happiness to yourself, bring it into the lives of those you care about.
I started working at a daycare when I was 16 or 17 years old. I fell in love with infants immediately. They threw up and pooped on me but I always showed them love. Babies are so special and so smart. I hope my friends and family continue to have them. Lol.
This is my baby cousin Caiden at six months. Isn’t he a cutie?!?!
Took a thirty minute walk today to clear my mind and spirit. Felt good. Be blessed.
God grant me the serenity
to accept the things I cannot change;
courage to change the things I can;
and wisdom to know the difference.

I would say that my musical style is a bit old school. I’ll listen to just about anything but I love old school R&B, alternative rock, country and jazz. I listen to pop only in the car to get me energized. The new tunes they play now are catchy but they are not timeless. There are some tunes that I will NEVER tire of listening to over and over again.

I just had, and am still having a crazy night. My friend randomly called me to accompany him to the Mall of Georgia. Yea. If you know where that is, it’s far period. So after some shopping, we went to watch Takers, illegally. Judge me if you want!!! I know you’ve done it once in your life. If you haven’t, do it. The government owes us that much.
Anyway, to make a long story short, we were inspired by the movie Takers and made a swift getaway. It was totally fun. Now to keep my night going.

This morning as I was driving to work, I noticed a faint glimpse of a rainbow. Now we all know rainbows come as frequently as a blue moon. This was the first time I’ve seen one after it has NOT rained. How rare is that?

Almost didn’t blog today. It’s been a long one. I’ve been moving into my new apartment all day. I can only be thankful that I have great friends that helped me when they really didn’t have to. Not only friends but my immediate family. Especially my mom. It feels good to be surrounded by people who care.
