I saw a skirt at F21 that immediately reminded of the scene when Julia Roberts’ character in Pretty Woman goes to the Kentucky Derby. One of my favorite movies, by the way. I absolutely loved the dress and that hat.

One of my favorite style bloggers (Kansas Couture) happened to buy the same skirt (this happens a lot when you shop at Forever 21). I love when that happens!
