First of all, I grew up watching Sesame Street….until ninth grade. FAITHFULLY. Judge me if you want, that was my show. Despite the new age changes to the show from what I’ve grown up watching, it still teaches children the fundamentals of learning and growing. I’ve recently heard the buzz about the I Love My Hair video and had to see what the hype was about. Triple snap in a Z formation for Sesame Street! Our young girls should love their hair just the way it is and shouldn’t change it to what society says it should be. Kudos, Sesame Street.
